Service forms collect the details needed to answer or fulfil your request. Cookie-free first-party measurement retains server receipt time, normalized page and category, locale, allowlisted campaign values, referrer host, allowlisted event and bucket dimensions, coarse device category, and a rotating daily pseudonym. Analytics does not retain raw IP, raw user-agent, names, email, phone, message, exact customer address, promo code, or a browser identifier.
We use service information to handle requests and communications. Aggregate first-party measurement helps us understand demand and improve route discovery and the booking flow.
The daily pseudonym is generated on the server and changes each UTC day. Approximate visitors and sessions can merge people sharing a network or split one person when their network or coarse device category changes; they are not cross-day identifiers. Data is stored in first-party SQLite on Buzzem-operated production infrastructure.
The operator relies on legitimate interests for limited, cookie-free first-party aggregate measurement. Optional Google Analytics and Tag Manager use consent; refusing or withdrawing that consent does not disable first-party aggregate measurement.
We do not sell personal data. First-party analytics remains on Buzzem-operated infrastructure. Google receives measurement data only after you consent. Service information may be handled by providers needed to operate the service or where law requires it.
Essential cookies support site and authenticated admin functionality. Google Analytics and Tag Manager cookies are optional and load only after consent. First-party aggregate measurement uses no analytics cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage, or browser fingerprint.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing, and may withdraw Google or marketing consent. Contact us through the Contact page. Because analytics intentionally keeps limited rotating data, the operator may be unable to link a measurement record to you without additional information.
Raw allowlisted analytics events are retained for up to 90 days and aggregate counts for up to 400 days. Raw retention may be shortened if the storage safety threshold is reached. Service records follow the period needed for their stated purpose or applicable obligations.
